A really good friend sent me Felties: How to Make 18 Cute and Fuzzy Friends by Nelly Pailloiux and I couldn’t help but dive right in and whip some of these cuties out.  (See photo.) The patterns are truly easy to cut, the directions easy and the materials needed are few.

Felt is such a versatile material and inexpensive (if you don’t mind using the acrylic versions).  Wool felt can be reserved for less frivolous projects.  Check out this little book on Amazon.con or Barnes & Noble’s site.  These little felties will make great little stocking stuffers!
